Plum & Nectarine Galette

The perfect dessert for summer

Super quick, easy, & and sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

  • Puff Pastry Dough

  • Nectarines

  • Plums

  • Sugar

  • Egg Wash

  • Honey

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F. Roll out dough & cut fruit in ~1/8 in slices. Line a tray with parchment paper and move dough to tray.

  • Toss fruit in brown sugar, then lay out in a pretty design across dough.

  • Fold in the edges of the dough to form a nice border. Then brush with egg wash along the edges.

  • Place dough in oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Check and add time if needed. You want the edge of the pastry to be deep gold.

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool a little bit. Drizzle with honey and serve!

Some Notes:

This is a very easy dessert. You can just about any fruit you have laying around!
