Plum & Nectarine Galette
The perfect dessert for summer
Super quick, easy, & and sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
Puff Pastry Dough
Nectarines
Plums
Sugar
Egg Wash
Honey
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Roll out dough & cut fruit in ~1/8 in slices. Line a tray with parchment paper and move dough to tray.
Toss fruit in brown sugar, then lay out in a pretty design across dough.
Fold in the edges of the dough to form a nice border. Then brush with egg wash along the edges.
Place dough in oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Check and add time if needed. You want the edge of the pastry to be deep gold.
Remove from oven and allow to cool a little bit. Drizzle with honey and serve!
Some Notes:
This is a very easy dessert. You can just about any fruit you have laying around!
