Pear Raspberry Parfait

An easy and quick breakfast that tastes as good as it looks.

This recipe is super easy and can be done in just about any cup or bowl! It’ll even give that lil extra wow factor at your next brunch if you’re feeling a lil extra!

This recipe is also vegan! Its adaptable to just about any dietary restrictions or allergies! I try to make recipes as dietary friendly and easily adaptable so that just about anyone can enjoy! I would know as I have my own food allergies and food preferences!

PEar & raspberry Parfait

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Layer the bottom of your cup or bowl with ~1/2 cup of yogurt. try to make it as flat and even as possible.

  • Add half of your granola to the bowl and spread evenly. Then spread your pears on top of the granola. Do it as thickly or thinly as you’d like! (this will be the only layer of pear)

  • Add the second layer of yogurt. This will be harder to spread than the first layer, so be as gentle as possible! Spread evenly & repeat steps.

  • After the second layer of granola, add the raspberries to the top the parfait as the final layer. Drizzle honey across the top.

  • Serve & Enjoy!
