Pear & fig Flatbread

Pear Fig Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • Red pear 1, thinly sliced

  • Figs 3, thinly sliced 

  • Naan bread, 2 pieces

  • Honey Truffle goat cheese, 1/2 small log 

  • Arugula

  • Honey drizzle

Oven at 325° F

Directions:

  • Allow the goat cheese to warm slightly and spread evenly on each naan bread.

  • Add about 2 pinches of arugula to each bread and press down.

  • Evenly spread the pears and figs across each naan. Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes! You want it warmed, but not super crunchy.

  • Slice into even pieces and drizzle honey on top! Serve & Enjoy!
