Pear & fig Flatbread
Pear Fig Flatbread
Ingredients:
Red pear 1, thinly sliced
Figs 3, thinly sliced
Naan bread, 2 pieces
Honey Truffle goat cheese, 1/2 small log
Arugula
Honey drizzle
Oven at 325° F
Directions:
Allow the goat cheese to warm slightly and spread evenly on each naan bread.
Add about 2 pinches of arugula to each bread and press down.
Evenly spread the pears and figs across each naan. Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes! You want it warmed, but not super crunchy.
Slice into even pieces and drizzle honey on top! Serve & Enjoy!
